We will gladly accept your personal checks with the following stipulations:
When you provide a check as payment, you authorize us to make a onetime electronic fund transfer (EFT) from your account or to process it as a check transaction.
When we use information from your check to make an EFT, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day we receive your check and you may not receive your check back from your financial institution.
Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a $25.00 service charge, plus any applicable state tax or the maximum allowed by law. Checks refunded for insufficient or uncollected funds together with the service charge and tax, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using bank draft drawn from your account.
We accept personal, travelers, money orders, or certified checks. But all checks must clear before any products are shipped. Payment by check constitutes acceptance of these terms. Mail payments to
Refund/replacements will not be processed unless you have a return authorization number (RMA). You must provide the following information when requesting an RMA.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return instructions provided. The full refund less any restocking fees and shipping or other costs, that are in accordance with the supplier’s return policy. Refunds may take up to 14 days after the product has been received by the supplier.
Please do not attempt to return any product without going through the RMA process. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

No insurance on shipped merchandise is provided by Wowzelectronics as merchants. At the present time free shipping is limited to the United States.
General Product Warranty
All products are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer if manufacture warranties are not available all sales are final. Wowzelectronics makes no representations or warranties either expressed or implied.
Manufacturer’s Return Policy
Manufacturer’s return policy covers topics regarding refunds, replacements, missing shipment issues and restocking fees etc. Question: Can I have a product returned? Answer: Yes, if so warranted by the manufacture we must receive the authorization information from you or you may return the product yourself as long as the return instructions provided is in accordance with the manufacturer’s return policy.

All inventory or items listed on our site is subject to the availability of our suppliers in most cases this is not an issue, but upon occasion our supplier is out of this viewed product. We will try to provide essential communication to you regarding this matter in order to establish realistic expectations and reduce the number of customer questions and complains. If your product is out it will be viewed on our website and we will contact you through your email. You are entitled to a full refund or you may purchase another one from us.
